Sage Joaquin Kalber is the Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of COACHABLE and For The People, Inc. With over 15 years of experience in coaching and corporate business management, Sage brings a heart-centered and results-driven approach to leadership. Born in Denver and raised on the Big Island of Hawai’i, he cultivates a unique perspective that blends compassion with strategic thinking.
Sage has a proven track record of coaching C-level executives, mid-level managers, business owners, sales executives, and visionaries. He is also deeply committed to serving underserved communities, extending his coaching expertise to individuals from all walks of life. His coaching empowers clients to take action, achieve positive change, and unlock their full potential. He is passionate about developing leaders, igniting purpose and passion, and expanding the vision of those he serves.
Prior to founding COACHABLE, Sage held key leadership positions at prominent companies including vitaminwater, Warner Chilcott, and West Corporation, providing him with a strong foundation in business strategy and operations.
In addition to his extensive professional coaching experience, Sage has held key positions in the corporate space with companies such as vitaminwater, Warner Chilcott, and West Corporation.
Sage is guided by strong mission, vision, and values. He is active and enjoys coaching, volunteering, philosophical discussions, sports, yoga, meditation, weight training, hiking, and spending time outdoors. He is committed to living simply and with loving-kindness. Above all, Sage embraces a growth mindset and is always eager to learn from others.
